1. To provide leadership and worker’s training.
2. To provide literature and ministry resources.

TO CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP OF OUR MEMBERS

1 To promote the understanding of the core Biblical doctrines and themes.
2. To promote the understanding of our Declaration of Faith and Practical Commitments .
3. To provide resources for Christian discipleship .
4. To provide training for Christian discipleship personnel .
5. To promote discipleship as the basis of Christian formation

TO OUR FAMILY LIFE

1. To support the Divine order in homes.
2. To offer training, programs and resources for family life ministries .
3. To promote partnership between the family and the church.

ABOUT US

The Youth and Discipleship Department is integral in the life of the church here at Portmore NTCOG. The department includes the children, teenagers and young adults in the Youth Arm and oversees the Sunday school ministry on the Discipleship arm. The Youth and Discipleship board reports to the Pastors. Information from the National Youth and Discipleship department is channelled to the local department through our Distrct Youth and Discipleship director. The local department has adopted the Mission Vision statement and the Core Commitments of the National Department and they are as follows:
